Agreement to Lease: Authourity has given an option to allotee that execute "Agreement to Lease" by paying Stamp Duty at prevailing rate and pay only Rs100 Stamp Duty at the time of registry (Lease Deed). Otherwise, Allottee has to pay Stamp Duty @ rate prevailing at the time of Registry.

NOTE: Don't go for Agreement to Lease, if you want to sell your plot.

Transfer Charges: Authority will charge 2.5% transfer charges and Registrar will charge 2% stamp Duty.
