Incentive Plan for the year 2020

Patel Propmart announce the following incentives for their employees with great happiness:

Business incentives: as per terms of service for individuals. Over & above minimum salary benchmark.

- Renting & Resale: 10% of Commission received

- Bookings: Rs.100/- per Lakh value of property (Subject to 1% minimum commission received by the company)

Payment of above incentive after receiving the commission

Foreign Trip Incentive Plan Earn business point and fly  to abroad:

Scheme is operational for calendar year 2020 only.
Contributory: Business Points 200
50% Aeroplane fare will be paid by company.

Ordinary: Business Points 300
Full Aeroplane fare will be paid by company.

Luxury: Business Points 400
Full Aeroplane fare, VISA, Airport transfers  will be paid by company.

Super Luxury: Business Points 500
Full Aeroplane fare, VISA, Airport transfers, Hotel stay, local sight seeing + 5,000/- pocket expenses will be paid by company.
✅ 1 Business point on 1,000/- brokerage.
✅ Passport expenses will be born by company on crossing 100 Business points.

Domestic Trip

• Domestic Trip (Luxury): On accumulation of Business Points between 75-99 (Within one calendar year) Rs.10,000/- or Actual Airfare/Train/Taxi/Bus fare; whichever is less, for employee and his family member (Mother/ Father/ Spouse/dependent sibling)
• Domestic Trip (Luxury): On accumulation of Business Points between 50-74 (Within one calendar year) Rs.5,000/- or Actual Airfare/Train/Taxi/Bus fare; whichever is less, for employee and his family member (Mother/ Father/ Spouse/dependent sibling)
• Picnic with Family: On accumulation of 25 Business Point or more (Within one calendar year) Rs.1,000/-

On the day of leaving the job; Claim will be only on "INCENTIVE DUE FOR PAYMENT BUT NOT PAID". No claim on prospective incentive will be entertained after leaving the job.

Healthy Practices. Gift for Personal Occassions:

• Birthday gift @250/- and
• Marriage anniversary gift @250/- (Given to Spouse jointly)

Leave & Holidays:

Maximum footfall of clients on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays

=> No weekly-off on Saturday & Sunday.

=> One day leave credit after 6 days of work.

=> Leave may be taken by clubbing weekly-off within same month.

=> Office will remain close and there will be holiday on:

 - 26th January

 - 15th August

 - 2nd October

=> Office will remain close & one holiday for each festival:

 - Holi (Dahan)

 - Holi (Colour)

- Rakshabandhan

 - Vijayadashmi

 - Deepawali (Lighting)

 - Deepawali (Govardhan)

Note: Leave cannot be taken as a matter of right. Leave must be applied-for in advance and availed after sanction.
