Incentive Plan for the year 2012

Patel Properties announce the following incentives for their employees with great happiness:

Business points:

Renting: Up to 7500 commission @1 Point; 7501-15000 commission @2 Points; Above 15000 @3 Points

Booking of 1BHK or 2BHK flat: 05 Points

Booking of 2BHK+S or 3BHK flat: 10 Points

Booking of 4BHK 15 Points

Booking of Penthouse: 20 Points

Booking of Shop/Office Space: 10 Points

Sale of properties: 50 lakh 5 Points; 100 lakh 10 Points; Above 15 Points

Incentives:

• Business incentives: as per terms of service for individuals.

Booking of 1BHK or Studio: Rs 1000 + 1500

Booking of 2BHK flat: Rs 1000 + 2500

Booking of 2BHK+S or 3BHK flat: Rs 1000 + 3500

Booking of 4BHK or Penthouse: Rs 1000 + 4500

Booking of Shop/Office Spaces: Up to 50 lakh 4000; 50+ to 100 lakh 8000; Above 100 lakh 10000

Sale/Purchase of Property:10% of commission received

Renting of Property: 10% of commission received (After 5 rentings)

Payment of above incentive:

(a) In case of Booking and Sale-Purchase; Rs 1000/- instant and balance on receiving the commission

(b) In case of Renting: On monthly basis with salary; after receiving the commission

Foreign Trip:

• Foreign Trip(Luxury): On accumulation of 200 Business Points (Within consecutive 12 months) Rs.30,000/- or Actual Airfare; whichever is less. Additional Rs.15,000/- if his family member (Mother/ Father/ Spouse) accompanies him.

• Foreign Trip: On accumulation of 150 Business Points (Within consecutive 12 months) Rs.20,000/- or Actual Airfare; whichever is less. Additional Rs.10,000/- if his family member (Mother/ Father/ Spouse) accompanies him.

• Domestic Trip(Luxury): On accumulation of 100 Business Points (Within consecutive 12 months) Rs.15,000/- or Actual Airfare/Train/Taxi/Bus fare; whichever is less, for employee and his family member (Mother/ Father/ Spouse)
• Domestic Trip: On accumulation of 50 Business Points (Within consecutive 12 months) Rs.5,000/- or Actual Airfare/Train/Taxi/Bus fare; whichever is less, for employee and his family member (Mother/ Father/ Spouse)
  

• Redemption of points: To meet the other expenses during travel under LTC or Foreign Trip or self financed Trip (Minimum 150 km), one can redeem his accumulated business points @Rs.1000/- for every 10 points.
  

• Own your Car:

Patel Properties will help you to get a car through bank finance; used or new. One can arrange loan margin (10-20%) from incentive plan and get a Car with bank finance.

Eligibility: One, who have achieved 200 business points in Foreign Trip scheme.

Additional 100 business points (Cumulative points 300): Rs.25,000/- for Used Car and Rs.35,000/- for New Car

Additional 200 business points (Cumulative points 400): Rs.50,000/- for Used Car and Rs.70000/- for New Car

Healthy Practices

Gifts:

• On completion of 6 months of continuous service, an employee will get a gift of Rs 200/-
• Birthday gift @200/- and
• marriage anniversary gift @200/-

Other Facilities:

• Re-imbursement of telephone bill/recharge against business calls.
• Tea & snacks.
• Use of car for business promotion.

Use of car for personal requirement with prior permission.Use of car for personal requirement with prior permission.

Car to our Executives

Staff may purchase a new or used car through bank finance or own funds with the help of incentive as per scheme.
